Shenzhen Yantian Port Real Estate Development Co., Ltd was founded on March 12th, 1998 as the only specialized  real  estate company  with  an  independent legal identity under the Shenzhen Yantian Port Group Company. With a registered capital of RMB ¥ 31.88 million and a  general capital totaling  ¥ 90.82 million, it mainly specializes in the real estate development,  the self-owned property management  and the consulting service of construction materials,  gardens  and information. Ever since its establishment, the company has been sticking to the principle of perfection and benefiting all the customers. The first project of  it,"the South Pearl Garden",enjoys a high reputation among its owners. Starting from February, 2000, the Yantian Group has established a  development department   of  the  real estate to  cooperate  with  its  real  estate  branch  company,  which aims   at strengthening the power of its real estate development  unit  and accelerate   the real estate development of the land behind the Yantian Port. 

The project the company has been currently developing, which is the "South Pearl Garden" is a large commercial- residential quarter on the backyard land of the Yantian Port.  The first phase of   the project, which is from building 1# to building 9#, has been closed on November, 1999,  with a 95% sold-out rate.    Construction of the  commercial-residential  buildings from 1 0# to 11#  has   been opened on January, 2000 and currently  75  households   have been subscribed, which is a  90% sold-out.  The second phase of buildings will be closely adjacent to the first ones. The project  accounts for a land area of 32726 M² and total construction area of   49089M²  . The construction has been opened on March, 2000. The internal subscription has begun.
