Board Chairman Jingsheng Zhen Delivered Live New Year Greetings in the South Pearl Garden before the Spring Festival

　　With spring festival nearing, color flags and red baloons are decorated at the entrance gate of the residential quarter of South Pearl Garden. At 7:00 of the evening of Jan. 1st, 2000, Jingsheng Zhen, Board Chairman of Yantian Port Group Co., came to visit majority of new moved-in homes in South Pearl Garden.

　　The first home Chairman Zhen visited is home of Xiaojun Liu of Room 303, which were celebrating their new home movement with friends and relatives when Chairman Zhen entered. The coming of Chairman Zhen made Xiaojun Liu very happy, who said that it would bring him fortune and good luck for Chairman Zhen to visit him on the first day he lived in his new home. After being shown around the room decoration, Chairman Zhen praised that the decoration is of good design and wonderful pattern. Then he asked Xiaojun Liu if there was anything about the new house, residential service that he was not satisfied, to which Xiaojun Liu replied that he was fully satisfied. Before Chairman Zhen leaved, he gave bag-wrapped money to child of this family and encouraged him to put his heart in school learning, to build solid groundwork for future development.

　　Having visited several homes, Chairman Zhen casually went up stairs and entered another house without introduction of accompanying missionaries. This is Room 201, Bldg. 4, home of Ms Zhihong Gong, who is a Taiwan Merchant and runs a factory of rather scale in Yantian. She bought sample home of South Pearl Garden. Chairman Zhen's coming gave the whole family a big surprise, who are just watching TV. While chatting, Ms Gong told Chairman Zhen that the house is rather good, residential service is outstanding, environment is beautiful and she owns her thankfulness to the leadership of Yantian Port Group. Hearing this, Chairman Zhen said:" Your satisfaction is our standard. I wish you happy new year and good luck to all your family."

　　The last home Chairman Zhen visited is Room 605, Bldg. 5, home of Huanglie. Before they entered the house, everybody was perspiring and taking off overcoats. Chairman Zhen also took off his overcoat, put it in his arm, and joked:" It is natural that people feel hot but the whether is cold when new year is coming. Or it would not be new year." When they came into home of Huanglie, it came out the host was not in, only his father is watching TV. After dialect translating, Chairman Zhen knew that the old man just arrived in Shenzhen from the innerland to spend the New Year Eve with his son, who was not at home for social intercourse that night. Chairman Zhen considerately consulted the old man whether he has been adapted to the living style of Shenzhen, and which sight places of Shenzhen he has visited, whether it is tired to climb so much stairs. Before he leaved, Chairman Zhen again delivered bag-wrapped money to the old man, and wished him good health and happy new year. The old man was very glad and said that he would told his son that leaders had come to visit them.

　　When visiting home, Chairman Zhen first delivered greetings of new year, then gave celebrating words to new moved-in homes, while every visted family thanked Chairman Zhen for his coming, on which a kind of harmonious atmosphere was created, everybody was happy and sending greetings to each other. Principals of Real Estate Company and Building Management Company accompanied Chairman Zhen to visit ten homes, who didn't leave until over nine o'clock.
