Floor Space：104,100m²          

　Located in the central part of the back terrestrial zone of Yantian Port, Yantian District, the South Pearl Garden is  built against Mountain Phoenix, hugging Dapeng Bay, facing Hongkong across ocean,  which is closely neighboured by "Eastern Hawaii"--the Big Meisha and Little Meisha, and "Shopping Paradise"--the China-England Street. With its total floor space of 104,1000m²，total construction acreage of almost 200,000m²，it is the first big-scale commercial residential quarter of the back terrestrial zone of Yantian Port. The whole residential quarter is schemed with obvious port feature and beautiful environment,  which holds a public municipal greenland of 11,000m² and is equipped with big-scale mall, kindergarten, upsacle club, etc..

The whole engineering is divided into four-phase constructions, among which the first one is of over eleven multi-layered residential buildings with a total construction acreage of 50,000 square meters. The first nine buildings have been completed and are resided with a residential rate of 85%. Building 10 and Building 11 are under construction, and have been 90% pre-sold. Presently, the company has rolled out its second-phase subject, which is of six multi-layered and three small high-rise buildings with a total construction acreage of  49100m².  The first three residential buildings have been started up.
