Live Dockets of Building Site
　　1、The first nine buildings of South Pearl Garden are rated as "Distinguished Engineering" and have been resided in on Dec. 12, 18th, 1999.
　　2、Buildings 10 and 11 will be roof-sealed in May, 2000, and will be completed and resided in in December.
　　3、The first three buildings of the second-phase engineering of South Pearl Garden has been rolled out formally in March, 2000. Presently, buildings 1 and 3 have been completed in its groundwork engineering; Building 1 has been completed in the excavating engieering of basement earthwork, while 70% of  manual drilling of pile foundation has been completed.
　　A、In Nov. 17th, backbone engineering of South Pearl Garden passed appraisement.
　　B、In Dec. 2nd,  brickwork of  the outdoor plaza started up, and 50% has been completed presently,  which is estimated to be fully finished in Dec. 25th.
　　C、In Dec. 5th, "Three Dredges"--Road Dredge,  Water Dredge, Electricity Dredge was completed.
　　D、In Dec. 8th, the fire system engineering of the quarter one-off  passed appraisement and accredited by the Municipal Fire Bureau.
　　E、In Dec. 9th, Jingsheng, Zhen, Board Chairman of the Group Co. viewed the quarter, who was satisfied with its engineering quality and process.
　　F、In Dec. 15th, the first nine buildings of South Pearl Garden passed appraisement and were accredited, with the engineering quality rated as "Distinguished".
　　G、South Pearl Garden passed the random inspection in the later 99 Commercial Building Acreage Computation & Surveillance held by Shenzhen Technology Surveillance Bureau, with every technology index rated as best among inspected buildings.
10、Accredited Construction Undertaker of Building 11 
　　According to regulation of Construction Details of Shenzhen Municipal Engineering Bidding & Management ,  Shenzhen Yantian Port Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. initiated its public bidding in Shenzhen Exchange Service Center of Construction and Engineering in Dec. 3rd. After severe competition and scientific bidding procedure, Guangdong Overseas Chinese Construction Engineering Co. Shenzhen Branch was accredited as the construction undertaker of Buildings 10 and 11 of South Pear Garden.

　　As a first-class construction company , Guangdong Overseas Chinese Construction Engineering Co. Shenzhen Branch was the multi-time winner of construction prize of "Security Manufacture Diploma" issued by the Province Construction Committee, who is the constructer of multiple star buildings and gardens of Guangzhou Xianglong Garden, Pearl Island Garden, Hongtai Building, Zhongcheng Building, Lifeng Building, Zhuhai Changsheng Garden, Zhuhai TV Station Integrated Building, etc..
Sale Proceedings

　　Till Dec. 20th, 1999, over 300 home sets of the first nine buildings of South Pearl Garden were sold out with a sale rate closely nearing 90%, among which building 1 and building 8 all sold out.  Benign sale achievements not only create full-bodied neighborhood atmosphere in the garden, building a promising groundwork for the development of building management, but also indicate favorable investment returns of South Pearl Garden.
